Ali Kamran

Ali Kamran is an established academician with the professional experience spread over two decades. He has contributed to universities, colleges, schools, institutes, think tanks and nonprofit organisations in capacity of Academic Director, Director Training and Development, Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Program Manager. With a diversified educational background in Social and Management Sciences, Ali  holds Doctoral Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership form UK, M.Phil. in Anthropology, M.Sc. in Sociology and MBA from Pakistan, his PhD in Anthropology and Sociology is in progress from National University of Malaysia. Having an overall excellent academic record he secured Chancellors’ Medal in his MPhil programme from Pakistan’s top ranking, Quaid-i-Azam University. Ali has training, academic and research interests in strategic management, academic administration, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging), corporate social responsibility (CSR), organisational culture (OC), Organisational change, social institutions, human geography and geopolitical transformations. As a master trainer he has conducted series of trainings for various international organisations.

Aside from his professional pursuits, Ali enjoys spending time with family, camping, hunting and outdoors.

Darren Leiser is a freelance lecturer specialising in Financing, Budgeting and Management seminars. This includes Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Auditing, Quantitative Methods, Corporate Governance, Costing and Effective Management processes. Jon has over 25 years of experience as a Learning & Development professional, working in many sectors, including Education, Government, Insurance, Banking, and Hospitality across Europe, The Middle East, and Thailand.

Jon specializes in interpersonal skills, and majors on all aspects of strategic thinking and the creative written and spoken communication skills of managers and senior executives. He has conducted training extensively in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India, and regularly trains managers and technical staff from these and other area around the world. As an ex-training manager, he has direct and considerable experience of skills auditing; training and development interventions; recruitment and selection strategies; talent management and succession planning; and performance appraisal systems.
